ToDo only stores the information that you provide when signing up and buying products.
Signing up to the Better Nouveau website is optional. You can browse all website content and use all available customization tools to generate personal configurations of the products with no need to create an account.
However, in order to provide you with personalized features, such as saving personal product configurations and ordering products, you will be asked to create an account.
Users can register via one of the following procedures:

1. Facebook Connect

When you Sign Up using the Facebook Login service, Facebook will share with us some of your personal information and details. The only information that ToDo stores is your name, surname, username and email.
Immediately after signing up via Facebook Login, you will receive an email including a password.
For any future access to the website you are free to choose whether to log in using Facebook Login or your email and password.

2. Better Nouveau Sign Up form

When you sign up on we only ask you to provide a valid email address and to choose a Screen Name and a Password.

Either way you choose for signing up, all the information you provide us is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it for other purposes, for example to send you our newsletter. You can view and modify your account details and your newsletter subscriptions at any time, from the "My Account" section of the website.
As the holder of your personal data, we will process and use the information you give us only to allow for personalized features on the website and in the framework of your orders. We will not give any of your personal data to any third party, except for our partners in relation to the execution of your order (i.e. payment and shipping).
We will process and use your personal data only after you have given your express consent to that, and only for the purposes you have given us consent for. So if you gave us your email to receive newsletters or updates about Better Nouveau, we will use it only to send you newsletters or updates about Better Nouveau products.
We never save credit card or Paypal account details – as we never even see them. Paypal handles the entire payment procedure for us, and there is no way we can access that kind of data. You may review, change or remove your data from our database at any time, in the "My Account" section of the website.

Products Sale & Prices

The products on sale on are exclusively intended for end-users, individuals whose activity on the website is not connected in any way to their trade, business or profession. Thus, according to the current European VAT legislation, the sale of products that are to be shipped to Italy or to any other EU country will always include a 21% Italian VAT. If you are a reseller, distributor or interested in bulk or corporate orders, please contact us at We reserve the right to change product prices on the website without prior notice. All products are sold at the price that is quoted on the website upon placing your order, which is also displayed in the recap during check out, before the payment transaction is initiated.

How to buy on Better Nouveau

After signing in, you can save the products you create to your Collection and save any of the products available on to your Favorites list. You can also share your creations with other people, using FaceBook and Twitter share badges. If you want to buy products, simply add them to your Bag. By clicking on the "My Bag" icon you can review, remove items and change quantities before proceeding to check out.
All products' prices on the website are presented net of VAT and shipping costs.
After filling in your shipping and billing information, the system will be able to calculate your shipping costs and taxes (if applicable). If, according to your shipping information, your order is going to be shipped to a European Union (EU) country, you will see a 21% Italian VAT included in the total. VAT is not applied to orders from non-EU countries; however, please note that countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which will be levied once your package reaches the country, and which will be borne by the receiver. As soon as you fill in your billing information, we'll let you know if your purchase is subject to VAT and how much will be added to your order's total for taxes.
Anyway, before proceeding to check out and being transferred to the Paypal website for payment, we will present you the total cost of your order and you will still be able to cancel your purchase.
At any time you will be able to check your orders’ details and status in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account".


Transactions are handled through Paypal, but please note that you don't need a Paypal account to buy on Better Nouveau: any credit or debit card accepted by Paypal will do. Whether you decide to debit your order to your Paypal account or to your credit card, there will be no extra charge for you. The security of payment via credit card is guaranteed by Paypal.

The whole payment process will take place on Paypal's secure servers, and neither your credit card details nor your Paypal account details will be visible to us at ToDo or communicated to us in any way. For special customized orders or if you ask us specifically, we can accept payment via wire transfer. In this case we will execute your order – manufacturing and arranging for delivery – as soon as we receive confirmation that the total due has been credited on ToDo's account. Please note that this payment method will usually require more time for the money transfer to be effective.

Shipping Policy and Fees

All Better Nouveau products are shipped by express courier. This is more expensive than regular mailing services but also way more reliable and fast. When your order includes different types of items, we will arrange different shipments so you get everything as soon as possible. This is because Better Nouveau products have different production schedules. Your order recap will clearly point out the different shipping costs for each type of item.

If you order 2 or more Tweetghetto posters at the same time, we will happily offer you free shipping on the posters.

If you order 2 or more Spamghetto sleeves at the same time, we will charge a shipping fee only for the first one.

By adding and removing items from your basket you can see all shipping fees due, updated in real time in your order recap.

Delivery Time

Since some Better Nouveau products are exclusively manufactured on demand, while others are available on stock, delivery time will vary from product to product. Delivery time is specified in each product's description.


Tweetghetto posters are usually delivered within 10 working days after payment confirmation.


The sleeves' delivery time may vary between .... and .... days.
Actual delivery time is updated in real time in the sleeves’ description, according to availability.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

All standard products (i.e. Tweetghetto "Frozen Stories" posters, "Moonshine" vases and Spamghetto Sleeves) can be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of receiving them, as long as they are still in their original packaging and have not been used. To initiate a return for one of the above-mentioned products, please send us an email at and we will get back to you with detailed instructions.
Custom, unique or personalized products like Tweetghetto "Create Your Own" posters are manufactured especially for you and based on a custom design created by you. Therefore the right of withdrawal is not applicable to their purchase and they cannot be returned or refunded.
We will refund only the cost of the product; shipping costs cannot be refunded and all return shipping costs are borne by you. Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the products back.

The easiest way to return products is to let us organize the shipping with UPS. We will give you all the information on what you need to do and on how much the shipping will cost, and then deduct this cost from your refund.

If you prefer to ship the products with a courier of your choice, please be sure to use a shipping service that allows you to get a tracking number, as we are not responsible for products that are lost on their way back to us.

Product Delivery Details

We will arrange for delivery to the address specified by you. As soon as the order is ready for delivery, we will hand the products over to our courier. As soon as your products are shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number for the shipping and expected delivery date.
Please note that we do not deliver to post-office boxes. If you are having us deliver outside the EU, you will bear all liabilities regarding any importation charges and customs clearing charges that may arise.

Making our customers happy is very important to us.
Before we ship your order, every product is quality checked. Before signing to accept delivery, please have a good look at the packaging and make sure it is intact.
If there is any visible damage, please notify the courier service before signing, so they can confirm the problem, and then let us know. If you have any doubts about package conditions, refuse delivery. All deliveries are insured against damages during transportation, but we need you to point out the problem immediately in order to file a formal complaint.
